Performance Artiste

As a Performing Artiste, you will execute live stage performances, Memorize lines, lyrics or musical notes, expressing right emotion through music delivering movement and the appropriate action as needed. Prior to performance to practice by means of rehearsal, confer with other band members, work with music director and team involve in refining planned show, readied all instruments, props, memorize scripts or musical notes to ensure great optimal performance standard.

• Planning and coordinate all show lists, song selection for daily performances
• Handle all live audience on stage level ensuring all audience contented with handled reactions
• Express emotion and present ideas through body movement, spoken language, facial expression, and action.
• Able to accept feedback and constructive criticism from Marketing team and Management
• Meet producer on the daily performance details and, if necessary, make adjustments when guided for smoother work flow
• You need to work well with others artiste, band members, ensuring smooth operation and readiness to perform on the stage at any time in top condition to produce excellence final production outcome
• Good team player fostering, strengthen upmost teamwork each stakeholder

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess talents and creativity in understanding various stage styles with ability to capture attentions with various types of audiences via superb Song’s rhythm and song melodies
• The ability to correct and adjust rightful action relating to audiences’ behavior that results in elevating Customer’s best experiences to the Club thus encourage more customers repeat visit to the Club
• Well-versed with large base song title so as to deliver Song requested by customer in order to keep audiences entertained
• Great communicator with our audiences, customers and work colleagues
• Attend weekly or monthly operational meeting with management and stakeholder
• Show case dance performance on the stage with great acceptance level
• Work on weekends and Singapore public holidays are necessary
