Payroll Analyst – 12 Months Contract ( Medical Device MNC - Novena ) UP 6K

Working Hours:
8:00am – 5:00pm
4 Days Office | 1 Day WFH

Contract:
12 Months
Renewable / Convertible (based on business needs)

Job Scope:
• Execute end-to-end payroll processing (SG & MY exposure)
• Consolidate & validate payroll inputs (new hires, pay codes, shifts)
• Validate gross-to-net payroll outputs from vendor
• Ensure timely salary & statutory payments
• Support employee payroll enquiries & onboarding
• Prepare statutory & internal payroll reports
• Provide audit support (SOX, GL reconciliation)
• Maintain payroll SOPs & documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years payroll experience
• Excel skills a must
• Bachelor’s Degree (HR / Accounting / related)
