*Patient Service Officer* #HHLT

📍 Novena/Orchard

💰 Salary: Up to $2,800

🕘 Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (42 hours/week), half-day every Saturday

Job Scope

Provide receptionist and front counter duties

Register patients and ensure accurate clinical data entry

Coordinate appointments and maintain filing systems

Perform basic patient care and support clinic operations

Liaise with insurance companies and assist with payment arrangements

Handle administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager or Doctor

Requirements

Min O level

Prior experience as Patient Service Officer preferred

Medisave submission experience is an advantage

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills
