Overview:
Oversee approximately 20 Ward Service Associates (WSAs) alongside another supervisor. Role requires strong operational leadership, hands-on management, and good stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be part of the Ward Service Associate (WSA) team and ensure service standards are upheld
• Work closely with ward supervisors and team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure sufficient ward stock supplies for smooth operations
• Manage deployment and scheduling of WSAs across different shift patterns
• Oversee WSAs to ensure patients’ nutrition and dietary requirements are met
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Support operational needs and perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any course
