Patient Service Associate (DDII)

Your key role is to provide Diagnostic Imaging’s front counter services, including appointment booking, registration, ordering, billing and the handling of routine frontline customer queries, feedback and complaints. You will be cross-trained in another area of administrative work as part of your career development.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level with 5 credits including English or ITE Certificate in Office Skills
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office software applications will be an advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to speak another language will be an advantage
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends will be an advantage
