Hiring : Patient Service Associate
Location : Bedok
Timing :
Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 7pm (Rostered 8 hours / Day)
Saturday, 6:30am - 1:30pm (Rostered 4 hours / Day)

Job Scope

• Handle patient registration, appointment booking & enquiries
• Perform billing, cashiering and basic admin duties
• Assist doctors / nurses in clinic procedures (if required)
• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations
• Maintain proper documentation and data entry
• Any other duties as assigned
