💰 Salary: Up To $4,200
⏰ Office Hours: Monday – Friday

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient feedback (complaints, compliments & suggestions) via email, calls, walk-ins & surveys

• Conduct follow-ups and provide timely, empathetic responses

• Liaise with doctors, nurses & hospital departments to resolve cases

• Coordinate service recovery & family conferences

• Maintain records, prepare reports & analyse feedback trends

• Support patient experience, service quality & accreditation initiatives

• Ensure confidentiality & compliance with hospital guidelines

✅ Requirements (Key)

• Experience in patient relations / customer service / healthcare service preferred

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

• Able to handle sensitive cases professionally

• Healthcare experience is an advantage
