Job Summary

As a Sales Assistant at Tateossian, you will represent the brand at Takashimaya Department Store by delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences that bring luxury men’s fashion accessories to life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and engaging product information to customers to enhance their understanding of men’s fashion accessories and support their purchasing decisions
• Assist customers from arrival to purchase by responding to inquiries, demonstrating products, and providing personalized recommendations
• Create a welcoming and immersive shopping environment that reflects the Tateossian brand values and encourages customer loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and visually appealing sales counter and event space
• Communicate business challenges and product features effectively to customers and colleagues to support sales goals
• Demonstrate reliability by consistently attending scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Apply strong attention to detail when handling merchandise and processing transactions to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the evolving personal transportation industry as it relates to customer interests and brand positioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in the fashion industry or customer service roles that involved direct client interaction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a supportive work environment
