Part-time Retail Associate #HYN

Job Scope:

• Actively approach customers, introduce the brand, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly (e.g., material, comfort, care instructions).
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Ensure counter is neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Sort out incoming stock into the storeroom and counter
• Record daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
• Share insights on customer preferences, frequently asked questions, and competitor activity.
• Provide feedback on product performance and potential improvements

Requirement:

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Prior retail experience will be advantageous
