Part-time Nursing/Therapy Assistant ($12~$18/hr) #HYN

Job Scope

• Provide professional care advice and emotional support to clients
• Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health.
• Establish a strong rapport with clients, exceeding their expectations by delivering personalized, high-quality services.
• Create a warm and comforting environment for clients
• To carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist
• To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist
• To attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
• To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
• Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
• Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
• Encourage clients to participate in MDRC activities / programs.
• Participates in any internal or external events for the centre as required.
  

Requirement:

• Possess Healthcare / Therapy assistant certificates
• Demonstrate great patient care
