*Probation period salary: S$11 / PER HOURS (The job includes public holiday and weekend no overtime pays and additional allowances)

*Start workingdate: can choose 1.  Immediately 2. January5th

*Working Hour: 11am – 930pm (follow shopping mall BusinessHour)

*Salary increases criteria: After the probationary period,salary increases will depend on whether individual sales revenue meets monthlysales targets.

*Shift schedule and shift types: BASED ON THE NUMBER OF DAY(Minimum of 4 working days per week)

Job Responsibilities:

•Assist/Manage and carry out all administration and tasks as directed by theDirect Manager.

• Provideexceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase ofjewellery items.

• Explainand educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces,helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

• Handlecustomer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and positivemanner.

• Keep thejewellery display areas organized, clean and visually appealing.

• Processtransaction accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cashtransactions responsibly.

• Previousretail or sales experience with a focus on jewelry preferred.

• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.

• Openminded and positive attitude.

•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• interestand passion to learn Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals.

•Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

●          Learn and understand the designconcept as well as product knowledge on Jewellery and Gemstones.

●          Able to understand the product,pricing, creative styling, promotions and be confident with necessaryprofessional jewellery knowledge.

●          Responsible for handling Jewellery andGemstones with care.

●          Handle sales enquiries and processsales orders for all platforms.

●          Maintain housekeeping and cleanlinesswith the store and store displays.

●          Keep stock inventory.

●          Provide outstanding customer serviceand ensure a high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

●          Maximize sales by achieving salestargets/goals.
