Salary Range

$15 per hour (Weekdays)
$18 per hour (Weekends and Public Holidays)

Working Hours

Flexible schedule (minimum 3 days per week)
7:00am – 1:00pm
5:00pm – 9:00pm
Must be able to work on weekdays and weekends

Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the business office, assisting with patient-related processes and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support administrative duties within the business office
• Assist with patient registration and related documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Provide general operational support to the team
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week , 1 year Commitment
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including weekends
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
