Paralegal

Description

• Preparing tender and respective correspondence and other documents for commercial contracts
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• Preparing for contract, tenders documents /vetting of wordings and assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Liaise with other department if require for document/ supporting documents and other resources to prepare contract/ tenders under supervision from manager
• Contractual review
• To be in line with Corporate Marketing guidelines and processes
• Executing contract deployment

Requirements

• Certificate of education from paralegal studies, maritime laws, maritime studies will be advantage
• Min Diploma or few years working as paralegal, contract administrator, tender, legal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Office administration experience.
