Paediatric Speech Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamics team in delivering outstanding results for our clients and their families, using the latest research and innovative tools to create customised therapy plans and help us to redefine the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments for speech, language, communication, and feeding concerns in children, including developmental delays, ASD, and sensory-based feeding challenges.
2. Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans for communication and feeding goals, including developmental feeding skills and safe swallowing support.
3. Provide therapy via 1:1 sessions and group sessions, tailored to each child’s needs and real-life participation.
4. Use our in-house software to manage care plans, track progress, and support ongoing therapy—designed to streamline documentation and reduce admin load.
5. Coach parents/caregivers with practical strategies for carryover at home (communication and/or mealtime routines).
6. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary partners to support each child’s development and functional goals.
7. Maintain clear clinical documentation and contribute to a high-quality, outcomes-driven service.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Language Therapy from a recognized accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in speech therapy, preferably with children. Fresh graduates with hands-on experience in paediatric settings or placements are encouraged to apply, as we value the passion and dedication you bring to the table.
• Valid AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) registration or eligibility for registration in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for children.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
