Outsystems Systems Analyst #IJF

Job Description:

• Provide primary application support and maintenance for systems built on .NET, Outsystems, and Oracle platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage application deployments, patches, enhancements, and minor change requests.
• Maintain proper documentation for support processes, fixes, and system configurations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability andperformance.
• Contribute to the Tech Refresh Programme by supporting modernization efforts involving Vue.js, .NET, and PostgreSQL.
• Assist in system migration, refactoring, testing, and performance tuning as part of the technology upgrade roadmap.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Application Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core) and database technologies including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in production environments.
• Working knowledge of Outsystems platform.
• Experience or exposure to front-end development using Vue.js.
• Quick learner who is passionate and willing to learn new languages and technologies.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across multiple technology stacks.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to accept responsibilities and new challenges.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
