Operations Manager (International Society of Arboriculture Certification and Pest control)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing resources to deliver efficient and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Manage and support cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address service issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational targets.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations or facilities management (preferably in cleaning or related services).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must hold a current International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certification and a Certificate in Pest Management.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver consistent service quality.
