We are looking for a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support senior management in driving organisational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple operational functions in a dynamic environment.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure effective internal controls, administrative processes, and reporting procedures
Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation
Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers on operational matters
Oversee warehouse, inventory, and import/export logistics to maximise efficiency and accuracy
Liaise with IT vendors for system maintenance and software updates
Ensure all repairs and maintenance works meet standards and remain within budget
Research and implement strategies to support manpower planning and staffing needs
Lead and manage Office Administration and Service Administration teams
Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders
Manage schedules, meetings, and calendars, including travel arrangements for senior management
Handle travel logistics such as flight bookings, accommodation, and visa applications
Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management
