Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian modern restaurant located in Orchard. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant operations, high service standards, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene

• Supervise and train restaurant staff

• Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning

• Control costs, inventory, and vendor coordination

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety and labor regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the F&B industry

• Experience in Indian cuisine or fine-dining restaurants preferred

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
