Operations Executive, Auto Loans Department

• Full-Time, Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Executive to support the Financial Services operations team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining documentation, processing loan transactions, and ensuring operational accuracy across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Services, Automotive loans team
• Collate, update, and maintain all operational documentation
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports   

Loan Processing & Data Management

• Process loan disbursements and perform accurate data entry
• Check and verify loan documentation before payment
• Create and maintain loan accounts
• Update customer information in the system (e.g., GIRO arrangements, change of address, vehicle number updates)

Required Experience, Competencies and Skills:     

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in auto loans, hire purchase, or financial operations preferred
• At least GCE O‑Level qualification
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, positive, and willing to learn
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients and business partners
