Position Summary:

The Operations and Transformation Manager at Antica Foundation is a managerial role reporting to the Executive Director. The Operations and Transformation Manager is responsible for optimizing operational processes, deploying assistive technologies for elderly care, and implementing HR strategies for talent development and ex-offender reintegration. Unlike corporate operations, this role focuses on non-profit governance, volunteer management, and impact-driven service delivery.

As the foundation expands its initiatives, the candidate will be trained to source, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that enhance the well-being of elderly beneficiaries, while also supporting Yellow Ribbon Singapore’s ex-offender workforce reintegration programs. This transition requires structured learning in non-profit operations, regulatory compliance, and social impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Governance in a Non-Profit Setting

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with Antica Foundation’s mission.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored for non-profit resource management.

• Manage risk assessment and crisis response strategies specific to elderly and vulnerable beneficiary care.

2. Deployment of Assistive Technology for Elderly Well-being

• Oversee pilot testing, deployment, and evaluation of technology solutions in real-life settings.

• Train caregivers, volunteers, and community stakeholders on implementing and maintaining these solutions.

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance in technology adoption.

3. Human Resource (HR) & Talent Development for a Mission-Driven Workforce

• Recruit, train, and retain employees and volunteers.

• Implement employee and volunteer engagement programs to enhance motivation and productivity.

• Adapt HR policies to cater to non-traditional workforce structures, including volunteers and part-time employees.

• Develop workplace well-being initiatives to support staff and volunteers working with vulnerable populations.

4. Ex-Offender Reintegration & Workforce Development

• Partner with Yellow Ribbon Singapore and rehabilitation agencies to onboard ex-offenders into Antica Foundation’s workforce.

• Design and implement structured training programs for ex-offender skills development.

• Promote a culture of inclusivity and second chances within Antica Foundation.

5. Strategic Execution & Impact-Driven Operations

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational improvement projects.

• Align operational strategies with Antica Foundation’s long-term vision for elderly support and reintegration initiatives.

• Provide regular performance reports to the executive team and key stakeholders.
