The Job

• Monitor ongoing deals and follow up with offshore processing teams to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with other offices and investors on transaction matters such as rate fixing and repayments.
• Prepare offer letters for investors and inter‑branch agreements for partner offices.
• Design Word/Excel/Access templates to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Review current processes and recommend improvements to reduce operational risk.
• Update department instruction manuals and workflow documents.

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with Excel VBA coding for automation.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Able to work with offshore teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
