• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks for roadshows, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal processes.
• Assist in tracking budgets and processing reimbursements for roadshow activities.
• Support planning and execution of roadshows to engage agency representatives and promote insurance products.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for logistics, site setup, and material preparation.
• Prepare and brief agency representatives for roadshow activities.
• Assist in conducting market research on trends and business disruptors to identify new business opportunities.
• Support development of marketing plans for roadshow activities to achieve growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experiences
• Proficient in MS office
