Job Title: Presentations & Reprographics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing both Desktop Publishing and Reprographics duties independently with high accuracy
• Creating, editing and formatting presentation slides according to handwritten markups and written instructions
• Template conversion and formatting of presentation slides
• Creating and updating charts and tables with data
• Printing & Binding, multiple, scale documents to the requested output size, scanning and copying
• Procurement of print room materials and stock management
• Follow client’s workflow, job logging and compliance requirements
• All other duties assigned by Manager

Key Requirements:

• Educated to minimum college level
• You must have advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft software (eg MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Strong language and communication skills
• A strong team player with an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude and professional manner at all times
• Keen to learn and progress
• Excellent time keeping and planning/organizational skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• To support operation by flexible hours with minimal notice
• Willing to comply with all compliance requirements in an Investment Bank
