Paediatrics Palliative Care Nurse (Home Care)

Location: Serangoon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Home visits to 3–4 patients daily (depending on caseload)
• No weekday on-call duties

Salary:

• Basic Salary: $5,000 – $6,000

Job Scope:

• Manage and plan care for paediatric palliative patients
• Conduct home visits to provide nursing care and support
• Provide psycho-social support to terminally ill children and their families
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and social workers
