1. Accounting & Finance Support

- Support expense settlement and general accounting processes.

- Monitor branch operating budget execution and verify expense records.

- Manage and archive financial supporting documents for HQ compliance.

- Assist with tax administration, including VAT filing and receipt classification.

- Act as a liaison with local accounting and tax firms.

2. Administration & General Affairs

- Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and asset inventory.

- Office facility maintenance and manage utility/lease settlements.

- Coordinate with local institutions such as banks, government agencies, and property management.

- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support branch operations.

3. Travel & Visitor Logistics

- Coordinate hotel bookings, itinerary changes, and expense processing for business travelers and expats.

- Manage visitor reception and office access control.

- Provide logistical support for local schedules and transportation.

4. Internal Communication & Meeting Support

- Organize meeting environments and distribute necessary documentation.

- Support internal communication and executive schedule management.
