Baba Nyonya is expanding! We are opening our second outlet at Orchard mid November. We’re looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join us on this journey of bringing Peranakan heritage cuisine to more guests. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations and supervise service staff
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Handle floor management, reservations & service recovery
• Assist in training and coaching team members

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year supervisory experience in F&B
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Team player with customer-first mindset
• Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
