Responsibilities:

• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Lead and motivate FOH team to deliver service excellence
• Handle rostering, inventory, and cost control
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in F&B
• Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations
• Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
