• Sengkang

Salary: $2500/month (fixed – regardless of experience or qualification)
Duration: 1 Year Contract

Working Hours:
• Mon–Fri: 6.30am – 7.30pm (Rostered, 8hrs/day)
• Sat: 6.30am – 1.30pm (Rostered, 4hrs)
44 hours per week

Job Scope:
• Greet & register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate referrals to specialists
• Handle billing, payments & enquiries
• Manage patient concerns & escalate when needed
• Provide clear communication & customer service
• Support Health Monitoring Station (take height, weight & BP)

Requirements:
• Customer service / admin background acceptable
• Able to start work early (6.30am shift)
• Must be ok with pre-employment medical & vaccinations
