Job Summary

Provide administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring smooth coordination of clinical and operational activities within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and administrative processes for new staff and medical officers
• Assist in tracking and managing medical reports and related documentation
• Manage clinical administrative matters such as claims, leave, and roster coordination
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation compliance
• Maintain and update department intranet and internal resources
• Assist in data collation, reporting, and preparation of presentations
• Support departmental communications and coordination activities
• Monitor and ensure adequate stock for daily operational needs
• Perform general administrative duties and support department initiatives

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification
