The Job:

• Vendor management
• Creation of vendors in SAP/Coupa
• Perform GR (goods receipt)
• Supporting payment related issues
• Physical management of recurring vendors
• Management of CCA & CGIC ordering of ingredients
• Ordering & receiving of CCA ingredients
• Verify registration & payment
• Support management of site calendar & guest logistics
• Provide end to end office administration support—facilities, safety, suppliers, reception, and well-being initiatives

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

● 3 + years of experience in a similar environment
