The Job:

- Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards
- Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance
- To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.
- Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships
- Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the company

The Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management
