• Attending to customer queries at the counter and via phone regarding Letter of Credits (LC) applications.
• Performing customer signature verification and pre-checking LC applications before uploading them to EDMS for TOC processing.
• Recording and registering document submissions from customers and courier services.
• Managing and maintaining the TF counter
