The Job:

• Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection
• Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc
• Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks
• Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters
• Work with the team for troubleshooting of non-conformance

The Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-axis programming using Mastercam
• Knowledge of 5-axis Machining, Macro Programs, Error Proofing and Machine Codes
