The Job:

• Partnering with Hiring Manager to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the divisions to attract and deliver talent in the organization.
• Prepare and post jobs to source and attract candidates with various recruitment channels
• Liaised with (Internal Recruitment Agent) and Vendors
• Screen job application and candidates resumes in a timely manner and scheduling of interviews
• Access candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Administer the recruitment process to ensure prompt action and follow up with both candidates and Hiring Managers
