Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the facilitation of onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all employees
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and personal details within HR systems to support data integrity and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms
- Provide expert advice to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly deactivate system access for departing employees, ensuring security and compliance.
- Manage Work Pass and Compliance activities
- Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quota to support workforce planning and operational continuity
The Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role
- Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
