Multimedia designer

This role is responsible for delivering visual design across brand touchpoints from offline to online applications. This multimedia designer needs to support the business by translating brand and assets strategies into engaging and concise visual executions. He or she requires hands-on video and photo editing capabilities and adequate knowledge of AI-driven design tools to work efficiently and to be able to scale up content creation while aligning brand quality and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative visual design content across brand touchpoints
• Design and produce brand collaterals, assets and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
• Generate brand assets content which include in the form of static visuals and various video formats
• Create motion graphics and animate static visuals into dynamic content for brand assets
• Support assets request by editing photos/videos for offline and online channels including knowledge of animation or motion graphics
• Apply AI-driven tools to generate and enhance assets for scalability purpose
• Apply creative design innovation into different works to continuously elevate visual standards
• Deliver work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality

Requirements

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, print and video content
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of 3D , illustrations or similar design tools is a plus
• Photo and video editing skills are mandatory; basic animation or motion graphics and image retouching skills are preferred
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for generating visual and video assets; supporting examples of past work preferred
• Design experience (e.g. visual development for brand campaigns and marketing launches across all platforms) is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and deadline-driven with strong time management skills
• Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume production environment
• Collaborative, communicative and able to work independently when required
• Trend-aware with strong aesthetic sensibility
