Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Modular Carpentry Product Design Specialist for a senior management role. The successful candidate will lead product structure development, modular system innovation, and oversee the design team.

We are looking for an industry professional with strong system-thinking capabilities and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and system development of modular carpentry products

• Establish and optimize standardized modular product systems

• Improve material application and production workflow efficiency

• Manage and mentor the design team, setting technical standards

• Work closely with production, installation, and sales teams to ensure high-quality execution

• Control product cost while maintaining premium quality positioning

• Monitor industry trends and drive continuous product innovation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in modular carpentry or related industries

• Strong experience in system cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, or high-end custom carpentry

• Proven ability in product structure development and modular system building

• Prior team management experience preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision or equivalent software

• Strong professional judgment, structured thinking, and execution capability

• Extremely high standards in quality, detailing, and standardization
