Overseeing 20 pax of WSA, together with another Executive

Jobscope:

• Work closely with the ward supervisor and other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers
• Assist in ensuring sufficient stock supplies for the ward for smooth operation
• Manage the deployment of Ward Service Associates (WSAs) in the wards
• Manage WSAs to ensure patients’ nutrition and diet are met
• Take directions and guidance from the manager
• Lead quality improvement/ initiatives
• Any other ad hoc duties based on operational needs

Requirement

• Min Bachelor's or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
• Excellent service skills and possess a strong attention to detail
