Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month

Location: North-East, Serangoon

Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Merchandising Executive with hands-on experience managing high-SKU, non-fashion product categories. This role focuses on product sourcing, assortment planning, pricing analysis, inventory management, and store execution, including Back-to-School (BTS) and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new products and manage assigned merchandise categories
• Plan product assortment, category mix, and range planning
• Analyze pricing strategies to optimize sales and margins
• Prepare data and insights for supplier negotiations
• Coordinate with suppliers on promotions and stock delivery
• Manage slow-moving inventory and improve sell-through
• Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize overstock and markdown risks
• Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports
• Conduct market research on trends and competitors
• Perform store visits to ensure merchandising standards
• Support store openings, renovations, closures, BTS orders, and offsite events
• Assist with events, campaigns, and merchandising admin duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Min 2 years’ experience in purchasing / merchandising / category management
• Experience managing many SKUs (non-fashion) is a strong advantage
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills
