Job Scope:

• Provide nursing care and support in Specialist Outpatient Clinic (Medicine)
• Perform triage, vital signs monitoring, and patient assessment
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and perform basic nursing procedures
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, and referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic protocols

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid SNB
