Medical Concierge

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Medical Concierge to support and coordinate patients’ healthcare journeys. The role acts as a trusted healthcare navigator, coordinating services across our medical centres and specialist networks while delivering a discreet and high-touch client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for VVIP and VIP clients, providing end-to-end personalised support throughout their healthcare journey.
• Coordinate consultations, diagnostics, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups across multiple healthcare providers.
• Provide clear guidance on care pathways, timelines, and next steps (non-clinical advisory).
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with billing, insurance documentation, and payment coordination.
• Manage logistics including scheduling, medical documentation, and related support services.
• Monitor patient care progress and ensure timely follow-up appointments, reports, and treatment coordination.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and provide timely updates to clients and partners.
• Provide support for urgent client matters outside regular office hours when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Business, or related discipline.
• Prior client-facing experience in private healthcare, luxury hospitality, or executive concierge services will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Highly organised, discreet, culturally sensitive, and experienced in managing high-profile clients.
