Job Summary

As an Executive, you will lead the administrative support team to ensure efficient operations, support the Clinical Director and Head (Medical Services), and optimize administrative processes within the Division.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative support team to deliver smooth and efficient operations across the Division
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge database and resource repository for sharing across departments
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to review and streamline work processes for improved resource optimization and operational efficiency
• Identify, harmonize, and integrate common work processes and practices across departments within the Division
• Provide secretarial support for Division-level meetings and committees
• Manage rostering of duties for consultants and doctors to ensure adequate coverage and operational continuity
• Provide guidance and mentorship to administrative support staff to enhance team performance and professional growth

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in healthcare sector is advantageous
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
• Able to communicate with clinicians, clinical directors, etc
