About the Role

We are a global media buying partner for international brands and publishers. We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and dynamic Media Campaign Management Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in international media, marketing, and advertising. The role starts as a temporary appointment, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Support campaign planning, implementation, and reporting across multiple media platforms globally.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and campaign schedules.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams, media suppliers, and clients on campaign material delivery and deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor campaign progress and ensure accurate campaign tracking, billing, and post-campaign reports.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain organized records of campaign data, invoices, and performance reports.

•⁠ ⁠Provide analytical insights and ensure accuracy in campaign delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing communications, advertising, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn the media industry.
