Mechatronics technician

Job Summary

Applicant needs to respond to customer service and repair requests, support installation and maintenance of food waste valorisation systems, troubleshoot remotely, coordinate with contractors and manufacturers, and assist with on-site training and rollout in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service and repair requests to resolve technical issues and complete scheduled maintenance services
• Support installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of food waste valorisation systems in Singapore
• Perform remote technical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve unit malfunctions
• Coordinate with third-party service contractors and component manufacturers to ensure timely repairs and parts availability
• Assist in delivering on-site operational training and facilitate smooth rollout of systems at customer locations
