Responsibilities

• Deliver professional body massage treatments and therapies to meet clients’ wellness needs
• Assess clients’ conditions and recommend appropriate massage treatments to enhance relaxation and well-being
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment for clients throughout their visit
• Follow high hygiene standards to ensure client safety and spa cleanliness
• Support daily spa operations to contribute to smooth and efficient service delivery
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients to provide excellent customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold relevant massage therapy certification or have equivalent experience
• Demonstrate good customer service and communication skills
• Present a friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Be available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
