Marketing Outreach Specialist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Are you a people person with a passion for education and a knack for building local connections? ULC Academy is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team.

Based at our vibrant Orchard Road campus, you will be the face of ULC Academy. Your primary mission is to drive brand awareness and student enrollment through strategic ground-level marketing and local partnerships within the Orchard precinct. Whether you are engaging with potential students (To-C) or establishing ties with local businesses (To-B), your goal is to grow our community.

Key Responsibilities

• To-C Outreach: Engage with the public around the Orchard area to introduce ULC’s programs, distribute promotional materials, and capture leads.

• To-B Partnership Development: Identify and approach local businesses (cafes, retail shops, corporate offices) for cross-promotional opportunities and corporate training leads.

• Roadshows & Events: Assist in organizing and executing pop-up booths, trial classes, and community events near the campus.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local trends and competitor activity in the Orchard area to refine outreach strategies.

• Lead Management: Ensure all leads collected are accurately recorded and handed over to the admissions team for follow-up.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Prior experience in street marketing, sales, or community engagement is a strong plus.

• Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus for engaging diverse crowds).

  • A proactive "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently.

• Availability: Flexible to work weekends or evenings occasionally for events (especially for Part-Time roles).

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Orchard Road layout and business landscape is highly preferred.
