Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Operations Relationship Manager with experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands beauty consumers, trends, digital marketing performance, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead product launch campaigns from concept to execution

• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM)

• Collaborate with creative teams on content, visuals, and brand messaging

• Plan and oversee influencer partnerships and personal relationship initiatives

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, engagement)

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the beauty sector

• Manage marketing budget and forecast ROI

• Coordinate with sales and retail partners for promotional planning
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of operation relationship experience (beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care preferred)

• Proven success in digital marketing and brand growth

• Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior and trends

• Experience with influencer marketing and social commerce

• Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, analytics tools)

• Excellent project management and leadership skills

• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities

• IT Knowledge
