Marketing Executive

🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the growth of a modern TCM and wellness service brand. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and generating quality leads that translate into clinic visits and long-term customer engagement.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal packages

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business)

• Create engaging content including posts, short videos, captions, and basic visuals

• Handle lead generation and follow-ups from advertisements, website forms, and WhatsApp enquiries

• Coordinate with front desk and therapists to align marketing activities with clinic operations

• Support influencer / KOL collaborations and community outreach initiatives

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (leads, conversion, reach, engagement)

• Assist in designing flyers, posters, and in-clinic promotional materials

• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, beauty, TCM, or service industry preferred

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Ads, and social media trends

• Good communication and writing skills (English & Mandarin preferred)

• Creative, proactive, and results-driven

• Able to work independently and meet marketing targets
