📍 Location: Central, Shenton Way

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic marketing team at a leading Bubble tea brand. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive digital campaigns, social media content, and brand engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with stable work history and experience handling F&B product marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, IG etc.)

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to enhance brand visibility

• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing projects

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs

• Support brand initiatives and promotional events

• Contribute to creative content development and marketing collateral

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with managing POS systems, website updates, and process optimisation.
• Experience in FMCG, B2B, franchising, or regional expansion is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
• Active across social platforms with an understanding of digital engagement and advertising. Skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editing tools are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise across teams and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Interest in the beverage/F&B industry—especially bubble tea—and awareness of marketing trends.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
