We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute both online and offline marketing strategies to support our student recruitment and brand-building efforts across various markets, including the Chinese-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support enrolment targets and brand awareness.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., website, social media, brochures) in both English and Mandarin to reach diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan and manage academic and marketing events such as Graduation Day, Open House, and Cultural Events.
- Coordinate effectively with regional teams, including affiliate schools in Vietnam, to align marketing strategies and share best practices.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and follow up on enquiries and enrolments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of trends and improve marketing outcomes.
- Support outreach efforts, especially those involving Chinese-speaking parents and communities.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns using tools such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Produce marketing materials using design and video editing software; leverage AI tools for efficient content creation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing. Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential due to the need to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including parents and regional teams.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media ads, content management systems).
- Competent in using design and video-editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and AI tools for content creation.
- Experience in planning and managing events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across teams and cultures.
